I believe that a movement practice can be an empowering and transformative path to well-being.
And to study movement is to also study stillness. The inner movement of the mind in thought, mindset, meditation, and deep rest are integral parts of this practice.

What is Restore Your Core®?
Restore Your Core® is an exercise program designed to help people learn more functional movement patterns to heal core and pelvic floor conditions.
Like yoga, this practice invites us inward with curiosity and kindness. Discovering our patterns of movement and how they impact our function, strength, mobility and healing is truly empowering and transformative work. This whole body approach leads to a more reflexive, supportive, and functional core and pelvic floor.
